The Life Skills Transition Program (LSTP) provides people with disabilities a learning opportunity for an introduction to employment including pre-employment, interpersonal and personal management skills while supporting goals to enhance an individualized transition plan.
URC is proud of its program graduates that it almost universally fills new and vacant positions from people who have been through their program. Urban is committed to helping these people find a second chance in life, and does everything possible to help their students and clients find employment, get permanent housing, and live the good life.
